Our Process
Concept, Schematic and Design Development
At concept, we work closely with our clients to define a unique brief. This helps us determine unique guidelines for circulation studies, technical requirements, and bespoke aesthetics of each project. The Schematic stage is dedicated to bringing the concept ideas to life using drawings, materials boards, and 3D visualization. Following client approval, our team focuses on resolving the technical aspect of the project through detailed drawings and FF&E schedules to optimize efficiency and accuracy of the forthcoming stages.
Pricing, Program and Timeline
Based on the final design package, our expert team of estimators coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to determine the best price for the highest quality resources in order to establish an accurate project budget. At this stage, the project program and timeline are submitted for approval to establish transparent and realistic expectations for the trajectory of the execution stage.
Project Realization and Management
Depending on project location and requirements, the prerequisite work permits, and municipality paperwork are submitted. Subsequently, siteworks are commenced, workforce teams are engaged, and material orders are placed in accordance with the project program. The successful execution of any project is based on forthright communication and collaboration of all involved parties, and we utilize our years of experience in project management to ensure that our projects are implemented with great precision and within the dedicated timelines.
